About CAVU Fitness
CAVU Fitness is a high intensity, circuit-based bootcamp class offered to men and women of any fitness level. We aim to create a culture that fosters both team-building and friendly competition so that setting and breaking personal bests are a normal occurrence in our facility.
Here, your Ceiling And Visibility are Unlimited; perfect conditions for achieving new heights. Our training regiment is designed to produce results in strength, stamina, and injury resilience without sacrificing safety. CAVU classes consist of barbell loads, kettlebell movements, medicine ball circuits and a plethora of both open-chain and closed-chain exercises. Regardless of your goals CAVU brings to you movements that are functional, fun, and designed to make you break a sweat without breaking your back.
Housed at Parisi Colorado, our 7500 square foot training facility boasts 5500 square feet of turf and over 4500 pounds of free weights in the form of kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells as well as iron and bumper plates. Not only that, our facility provides enough slam balls, medicine balls, TRX systems, plyometric boxes, and prowler sleds to support classes of up to 15 participants.
